Business Referral Program
Earn Compensation for Qualified Business you refer to Beacon
From time to time, we may offer Referral Programs for Participants who referred one or more to the Site (the “Business Referral Program”). Each Participant may qualify for Compensation, if the Qualified Business is not a “duplicate listing” as defined below.
A duplicate listing is defined as a listing that is currently or formerly a listing of Beacon.
In the event that two or more Participants refer a Qualified Business, Beacon will accept the first referral.
For each Qualified Business referred by a Participant, that is not a duplicate listing, the Participant may be eligible for Compensation. Compensation is $2,500 at the time of listing and $2,500 if and when the business is sold through Beacon. Compensation will be issued within ten (10) days of the date that the Qualified Business lists for sale on the Site and ten (10) days of the date that the Qualified Business sells through Beacon, respectively.
Changes to the Referral Program Terms
Beacon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this program at any time by posting a revised version of these terms. In addition, Beacon may cancel, or suspend this program in its sole discretion at any time, without notice.
Referrals received and acknowledged by Beacon prior to such modifications will be held to the terms pursuant to the referral program terms enforced at the time the referral was received. If any modification of this agreement is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Business Referral Program following such a change will constitute binding acceptance of the change. Any action or dispute between the Participant and Beacon including issues of arbitrability, shall, at the option of either party, be determined by arbitration.
